Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing you with high-quality bags and luggage. To ensure a transparent and fair return process, please review our Return Policy, which outlines the conditions under which you can return items, how to initiate a return, and the steps involved.


1. Conditions for Returns

Timeframe for Returns: You can return any eligible item within 30 days of receipt. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Exclusions: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

Reason for Return: Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • The item does not match the product description.
  • Incorrect item received.


2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day return period. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damage or defect).

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.


3. Returning Your Item

Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item in its original packaging. Include all tags, accessories, and documentation that came with the product.

Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please use a trackable shipping method to return the item, and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


4. Processing Returns and Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If your return is rejected (e.g., due to damage or alteration), we will contact you with further instructions. You may be required to pay for return shipping to have the item sent back to you.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
